Dear Friends:
I’m excited to share with you my new website – Libby’s Local List – as I continue to build my new role as private citizen. (For those of you are not already on the site, the URL is https://www.libbyslocallist.com/)
The site is a platform to inspire, inform, and empower individuals and communities to engage with and strengthen local governance and our national democracy.

We provide resources, insights, and a spotlight on regional events and local leaders who are committed to making a difference. I hope you’ll take a look; we update many of the tabs regularly. As always I appreciate comments or suggestions which you can put in the Feedback section under the “Blog” tab or “Get in Touch” under the “Contact” tab. Many, many thanks to Austin and Townley for doing the heavy lifting on this website launch.
If you find Libby’s Local List helpful, please share it with people you know who might also appreciate it. I think the site helps fill a need during this battle for our democracy in which we find ourselves.

I’m sure a lot of my readers will join in one of the many “Hands Off” protests around the country on Saturday, April 5 co-sponsored by 50501 and the Women’s March. Over 60 organizations are joining this peaceful protest on the DC Mall (beginning at 12:00 pm at the Washington Monument). I plan to be at the Mall with my Rush Hour Resistance group. I think we’ll bring the “NO KINGS” banner.
Best,
Libby
